Our associates diligently examine all inbound produce to confirm that it meets our quality standards.

Climate Controlled Storage:

We use three climate controlled zones to create the ideal environment to preserve the integrity of our products. Each zone is set to the optimum temperature and humidity, promoting the longest shelf life and best retention of the flavors and freshness of our fruits and vegetables.

Inventory Management:

Sourcing product daily allows us to turn our inventory multiple times per week, making certain that our produce is as fresh as possible.
