Customer Service/Retail

The Marketplace at John Gross & Company has built upon the concept of satisfying the public’s cravings for restaurant quality foods to be prepared at home. We are searching for that right individual to join our team of professionals, providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service to our guests . Your path to this opportunity might have started with experience in grocery and/or restaurant operations, commercial meal preparation, food service management or the like.

If you enjoy engaging the public, cooking and consuming fine foods, this is for you.

Duties include: Providing excellent customer service, making product recommendations and answering customer questions. Cashier Sales Check-out. In-person service to both wholesale and retail customers. Phone customer service. Must be able to , lift 35lbs and enjoy working with customers.

We are currently looking for full time position, that would include weekends 9-3.

  • Shift: 8 hour shift
